Burglary appeal: Can you help?

Dear Resident

Over the past month officers have responded to multiple report, of varying gravity at Pen yard House, just outside of Ross-On-Wye. Initial reports related to trespassing, some of which carried out by urban explorer type groups and general ASB. To now reports of serious burglaries, the last of which led to live gas lines being cut to which emergency engineers reiterated how dangerous this could have been. Officers are working with multiple departments to identify suspect and prevent further offences. The building is privately owned and in a semi-derelict state and poses a risk to any members of the public on sight.
